South Africa

We have been working with South Africa for some weeks. Please tell me something about the country.

There was a lot of apartheid in South Africa. The flag is a lot of colors and it means: blue for the sea, black for the black people, white for the white people and i cant remember what gold and red means. In south Africa there is seremonies for being an adoult, like the konfimation. They use songs for menny things.

who is Nelson Mandela?

Tell me what you know about Nelson Mandela. You are not going to make a long and detailed biografy - pretend that I don't know this man. How would you introduce him for me?

Nelson Mandela is a man who lived when there was apartheid, and his father was a chef so he was in a good school. when he grows a bit older then his father has found a girl he sould marry when he is a grown up. But he wouldt not, then his father called him an trublemaker. when he grows older then he was the leader for meny demonstrations against apartheid. And he lead a lot of them in the towns and citys. But then the white leaders of the cuntry things that he is a threat for the the cuntry. Then they send him in jail on a island for those people they dont want to have in the cuntry. but at the same time all those who makes demonstrations with him still make them and still thinks that he is there leader. a few years later he was sendt free from the island, he stop mostly of all apartheid in south Afrika and he was the president of south Afrika in a few years.

-Apartheid: It's like when you  take someone apart because of the skin color, or because of anything else.
-Segregation: To make special  things or places for other people, because of the skin color or anything else.
-Discrimination: It's like if you tease someone in the bad way, and no one stops you because it's okay. It could allso be if you tease someone because of something, it could be skin coler, where they/he/she comes from or anything else.
